Last updated: June 26, 2026
Section 1
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or using The Playbook ("the Program"), a product of 2nd Phase Inc. ("2nd Phase," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Program.
Section 2
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Program. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase and accept these Terms on your behalf, and is responsible for your use of the Program.
Section 3
The Program
The Playbook is a self-guided, six-phase digital career development program for athletes, including curriculum content and three AI-assisted tools: Press Conference (mock interview practice), Game Film (resume building), and The Network (professional networking guidance).
Section 4
AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer
Press Conference, Game Film, and The Network use artificial intelligence to generate feedback, suggested resume language, and networking guidance. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or generic suggestions. It is not professional career counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of interview performance, resume quality, or employment outcomes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before using it (for example, submitting a resume to an employer). 2nd Phase does not warrant the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated output for any purpose.
Section 5
No Guarantee of Results
2nd Phase does not guarantee that completing the Program will result in a job offer, interview, promotion, or any specific career outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, industry, and market conditions.
Section 6
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Section 7
Payments
The Program is sold as a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout, processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment processor and merchant of record. Pricing may change for future purchasers; your purchase price is locked in at the rate displayed to you at checkout. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Section 8
Intellectual Property
2nd Phase retains all rights to the Program's curriculum, software, and materials. You retain ownership of content you create using the Program's tools (such as your resume drafts and interview responses). You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Program for your personal, non-commercial career development.
Section 9
Prohibited Use
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share access to the Program; reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Section 10
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Program is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Section 11
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2nd Phase's total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for the Program. 2nd Phase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost job opportunities or income.
Section 12

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
