This Privacy Policy explains how 2nd Phase Inc. collects, uses, and protects your information when you use The Playbook.

We use your information to provide and personalize the Program, generate AI-assisted feedback, process payments, communicate with you about your account and the Program, and improve our service.

Content you submit to Press Conference, Game Film, and The Network (such as interview answers and resume text) is processed by third-party AI service providers to generate feedback and suggestions. We use Supabase for database hosting and authentication, and Paddle for payment processing and tax compliance. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

The Program is intended for users 13 and older. If a user is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase, and is responsible for the minor's information and use of the Program. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Program and comply with legal obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. We will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law.
